In collaboration with Honey Bee Watch, the COLOSS Survivors Task Force invites you to participate in a special COLOSS Training School on wild honey bees.
The event will take place on Sunday, April 2nd at Blenheim Palace, which is considered Europe’s oldest and largest ancient oak woodland. The day consists of a theoretical part in the morning, followed by a field visit within Blenheim’s forests to observe some wild honey bee colonies.
Through demonstrations and direct training by field experts, you will have the possibility to acquire skills in the scouting and monitoring of wild honey bee colonies.
Dedicated transport will be organised for COLOSS members participating in the Survivors TF workshop on 31.03-01.04. Please see here for information on this other event.
