Profile

Karen Rennich is based out of the University of Maryland’s Entomology Department and is the Executive Director of the Bee Informed Partnership and the University of Maryland Honey Bee Lab Project Manager.  She has a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from Purdue University and an M.S. in Ocean Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University. She designed and worked on large, underwater Navy sensor systems while she was employed by the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory for 14 years.
