I am Anusree Padmanabhan P. S., an enthusiastic entomologist and a Ph.D. research scholar in Agricultural Entomology at Kerala Agricultural University, Kerala, India. I have worked on population dynamics, biology, and management of mealybugs attacking solanaceous crops during my MSc. degree in entomology. I find it is a great privilege to work currently on the "Pollination Ecology of Solitary pollen Bees" for my Ph.D. degree. I mainly concentrate on the identification and nesting preferences of solitary pollen bees in my research program and also on the adverse effects of agrochemicals on the pollination efficiency of solitary pollen bees.
