Mayaya Kashinje Singu (Mayaya Mack) young male Tanzanian specialized and experienced in NGO leadership and management, project planning and community development, forestry, and beekeeping extension education, practical permaculture training, suicide prevention, and conflict transformation dedicated to attaining UNSDGs2030 and AU2063.

He is a marketing lead Ambitious Tanzania, founder & ED of Sustainable Beekeeping and Human Development (SuBeHuDe), co-founder and Project Coordinator at The New Wash Burn Foundation (NWBF), co-founder of Ecosystem Restoration Camp Tanzania (ERC-TZ), country promoter, and board member at Voice of Africans Youth for Good Governance –Tanzania Chapter (VOAYGG-TZ), and trainer and mentor at Shinyanga Ecovillage Transition Initiative (SET-Youth –I) and Managing Director at Sustainable Beekeeping for Development Company (SBDC), an entrepreneurship entity for pure honey bee honey and beeswax processing, packaging, and supplies in Tanzania.

He has been working as a forest and beekeeping extension officer, community-based project officer; NGO leadership and management trainer, organic food forest systems designer, and consultant managed to establish several community-based initiatives; bee apiaries and food forest systems, ecological restorations, and Api-prenuership businesses in Tanzania.

His big dream for COLOSS is to build programs partnerships of dynamic and influential youth leading the change and collaborating for a better future; youth who are passionately and compassionately about people in needs, nature protection and holding them accountable and transparency reshaping the way we fight extremely abject poverty, unemployment, foods and nutrition insecurity, injustice while creating an economy for the common good, serving individuals’ and society’s need in a cooperative and sustainable way across the country, the African, and globally.
