Wang Ying, Ph.D., associate professor, supervisor of master students. He is a core member of the National Apiculture Technology System, a member of the Beekeeping and Management Professional Committee of the China Beekeeping Association, and the deputy secretary-general of the Entomological Society of Shandong Province. His main research and technical promotion work focuses on the field of bee science, including research on bee nutrition physiology and ecology, nutrition and feed, bee caste differentiation, bee behavior, and bee health farming. He has led one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one general project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, and two sub-projects of the key research and development program of Shandong Province. He has also participated in multiple projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation project, the National Modern Agriculture Industry Technology System project, the Taishan Industry Leading Talent Engineering project, the Special Project of Modern Agriculture Industry Technology System in Shandong Province, and the Shandong Province Bee Superior Strain Engineering project. He has published over 80 research papers, with 20 as the first or corresponding author, obtained 10 authorized patents, and co-authored 1 textbook. He is a guest editor of "Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution."
