2026 Local North America COLOSS Conference

NUTRITION, LANDSCAPE CHANGE AND HONEY BEE HEALTH: A TRANSATLANTIC DIALOGUE

Within the COLOSS, Bee Nutrition and the Beescholars TFs will actively support the incoming event. Beyond them, the conference will be supported with leading scientists from Working Group 3 and Working Group 6 of the BeSafeBeeHoney – COST Action CA22105, a European research network dedicated to safeguarding bee health and sustainable beekeeping across member states.

The 2026 Local North America COLOSS Conference will be held at the Washington State University (WSU) in Pullman, Washington, USA from June 6-12, 2026, and it is expected to connect more than 200 participants from scientific to beekeeping and agriculture fields across the United States, Canada and Europe.

The purpose of this 7-day conference is to leverage and exchange knowledge on the different fields within the beekeeping sector and to help the different groups to develop long-term relationships and partnerships.

Your in person participation is really appreciated, but for the dates June 6th-8th it has also been activated the opportunity of following the conference with an online attendance.
