Annual conference to provide updates, stimulate discussions and provide future research and policy directions. Hybrid options for all activities except poster session. Annual General Assembly: Presentations of sponsors and stakeholders of COLOSS Election of the new Executive committee COLOSS Annual report, budget and discussion.
PRESENTATIONS
The presenting author can submit a poster abstract on any COLOSS relevant topic. The posters will be presented in person at the poster session. Poster dimensions: portrait format A0 (84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (length)).
The best student poster will receive the “COLOSS Best Student Poster Prize” if the student is the corresponding author and willing to participate in the competition, as indicated in the registration.
The winner of the prize will be announced at the conference, at the COLOSS website and on social media.
Oral presentations can be given by the awardees, the invited speaker, the sponsors and the chairs of the CPs/TFs, the rest are posters only!
REGISTRATION
The registration deadline is 30 June 2025.
All non-student COLOSS members who participate in the conference 2025 will receive a promo code for their registration at the Apimondia conference in order to obtain a reduction of 100€. COLOSS conference participants, who have already registered at APIMONDIA can get a voucher for one or the events/excursions, please contact elise.keller@coloss.org for further information.
In order to enter to promo code during your registration proccess:
– if you already have an APIMONDIA account go into the “account” and update with the promocode.
– if you who don’t have an account yet, add the promocode during the creation of the account.

Please remember not to wait too long with your registration at COLOSS, as APIMONDIA prices will rise from 1st June on to a considerably higher level. The reduction of course will still apply.
PAYMENT
The registration fee is € 50.00 for the physical meeting (entry, snacks, drinks, coffee breaks, lunches) and € 10.00 for online participation. The fee for the optional Social Event is € 45.00 per person. Please make all payments using PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Due to limited financial support, participants will NOT be reimbursed for travel and accommodation. Everyone who contributes a poster should indicate their student status in the registration process.
