Rachel Kuipers is the Sentinel Apiary Program coordinator with the Bee Informed Partnership, based in the University of Maryland’s vanEngelsdorp Honey Bee Lab. Her roles in the lab include, among other things, processing samples that come through the lab, supporting undergraduate student employees, coordinating schedules, and helping with BIP’s social media accounts. She received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland.
