| About | My research interests are focused on protein engineering, protein purification system development, valuable of royal jelly proteins, application of honey, bioreagents and bee venom protein. We have developed protein purification system for bacterial express recombinant proteins via the artificial oil bodies. Currently, we are using this system to purify the royalisin, an anti-bacterial peptide from royal jelly. He has also developed a new bioreagent to replace the antibiotic used in the beekeeping. |
