About | I am PhD student at the Department of Biology of the UBI and beneficiary of a predoctoral fellowship of the Government of the Balearic Islands. I am currently doing my PhD thesis focused on the yellow-legged hornet with the aim of investigating its invasion and expansion patterns under Mediterranean island conditions as a basis for the development of predictive tools, as well as the development of a new detection and control method to implement a fast and efficient management. Furthermore, I have participated in various scientific projects, both regional and national projects, related to pollinators and exotic species (Vespa velutina, Cydalima perspectalis, Thaumetopoea pityocampa, etc.). |
