Technical Specialist, Bees with New South Wales – Australia Department of Primary Industries. I co-manage Plan Bee, Australia’s National Honey Bee Genetic Improvement Program, with University of Sydney, University of New England and the Australian beekeeping industry. I deliver research, development and nationally accredited education programs and contribute to policy development to improve the productivity, profitability and sustainability of the beekeeping industry. Lead trainer for Artificial Insemination of Queen Bees and Pollination Courses at Tocal College.

Sole proprietor of E. Frost Apicultural Services, contracting honey bee breeding and insemination services, previously worked for US and Australian queen breeders, the Bee Informed Partnership California and Midwest tech teams, and as field and lab manager at the UC Davis Harry Laidlaw Honey Bee Research Facility. Currently undertaking a Masters by Research with the University of New England, Animal, Genetics and Breeding Unit.
