Hagai Shpigler

I am a PI at the Volcani Center in Israel. My research focus is bees health. I use an integrative approach including behavior, genomics, endocrinological and physiological tools to study these questions. My animal models are honey bees and Bumble bees.

I have done my Ph.D at the Hebrew University at the lab of Prof Guy Bloch and post-Doc studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in the lab of Prof Gene Robinson.
