My background is in evolutionary biology and the biodiversity sciences with a focus on analyses of population-genetic and -genomic data. Thereby, my goal is to arrive at reliable and effective conservation genomic tools.

Joining forces with Bogdan Szabo (software development) and Alexandra Casapu (quality assurance and infrastructure), our current focus is on expanding the open-source implementation of Wellbeeing into a user-friendly, versatile and efficient monitoring-platform for bee and hive management, research and conservation applications.
