Abdelilah EL ABBASSI

I am professor Abdelilah EL ABBASSI from Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech (Morocco). I hold a PhD on Biochemistry. I worked for more than 15 years on the recovery of high added-value compounds from different matrix and the screening of their bioactivities. I am actually working on the quality of honey and its bioactivities including anti-glycation, antimicrobial, anti-enzyms and anti-genotoxicity of honey samples from different geographical and botanical origins.
