Research on pathogenic fungi belonging to the phyla Microsporidia and Ascomycota
Parasitic fungi of honey bee (Apis mellifera) and diseases caused by them: nosemosis (pathogens: Nosema apis, Nosema ceranae), chalkbrood (pathogen: Ascosphaera apis), stonebrood (pathogens: Aspergillus flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger ).
New therapeutic substances against pathogenic fungi from the genera: Nosema and Candida.
