Kamila Canale Tabet

I’m a molecular genomics engineer. I am working on the molecular characterization of bee populations in France and Algeria.

My Main activities are around:

1. Improving knowledge on the structure and functional organization of genomes

2. Exploring the genetic variability of complex traits in livestock

3. Understanding biological mechanisms underlying the elaboration of phenotypes

I work at the Institut Nationale de la Recherche Agronomique on the Toulouse Occitanie site in the Genetics and Physiology of Livestock Systems Unit.

The GenPhySE laboratory is part of the INRA Animal Genetics and Animal Physiology and Livestock Systems Divisions. We are also affiliated to the Toulouse Veterinary School and the Toulouse Graduate School of Life Sciences. We are located near the city of Toulouse, France.
