| About | I am a research engineer in molecular genomics at INRAE, the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment. My work focuses on the genetic diversity of bee populations, particularly in France and Africa, with the aim of better understanding their genomic diversity, adaptation and conservation. My activities combine molecular biology, genomics and population genetics, and contribute to broader research on genome structure and function, the genetic variability of complex traits, and the biological mechanisms underlying phenotypic variation. I work within the GenPhySE research unit, Genetics, Physiology and Livestock Systems, located on the INRAE Toulouse Occitanie site in southwestern France. GenPhySE is affiliated with INRAE’s Animal Genetics and Animal Physiology and Livestock Systems divisions, and is also associated with the Toulouse Veterinary School and the Toulouse Graduate School of Life Sciences. |
