Megan Grainger is a Senior Lecturer in Analytical Chemist at the University of Waikato. Megan has a strong background in developing new methods to analyse bees and bee products. She has a long held interest in manuka honey research. She is currently researching the availability of metals in the environment and their effect on bees.
