Saba Mustafa

I am Saba Mustafa, a PhD student at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), specializing in the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to enhance smart environments. My research focuses on leveraging acoustic data from beehives to monitor and predict bee health, utilizing advanced algorithms such as Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCCs) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). With a strong background in Information Technology and extensive experience in higher education, I aim to bridge the gap between innovative research and practical applications in smart beekeeping, contributing to environmental sustainability and agricultural productivity.
