Sakshi Watts

I am a M.S. Biology graduate from University of Texas. Currently, I am a first year Ph.D. student with research focused on production and utilization of pheromones produced by honey bees in response to various biotic and abiotic stressor in the managed hives. These signal molecules utilized by honeybees to communicate/warn other colony members will be exploited to build and deploy sensors inside the hives to detect early-stage stress in long-term.
