Sergio Angeli

Sergio Angeli works as an associate professor in entomology at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (Italy). His research fields cover agricultural and forest entomology, ecological interactions between plants and insects, apiculture, pesticide monitoring, insect olfaction, semiochemicals, insects rearing, volatile organic compounds characterization, sensory proteins (OBPs and CSPs), insects for bioconversion and livestock feed, botanical insecticides. He got the national academic habilitation as full professor (2017) in general and applied entomology.
