Souha Jmal

I introduce myself Souha Jmal from Tunisia, I am an engineer in agro-food industries from the National Agronomic Institute of Tunisia.
I am now working as a Medifit project “An interlinked digital platform for Food Integrity and Traceability of relevant MEDIterranean supply chains”finance by the Union of European Prima, whose objective is the establishment of an interconnected digital platform based on IT standards for food integrity and traceability of relevant Mediterranean supply chains in particular honey , using the latest analytical and software technologies. I am a beekeeper and coach in farm management through the PRIMEA program.
