Dear bee lovers!
We continue IBRA’s initiative to launch an ART Competition on World Bee Day each year and we invite you to take part in the 3rd IBRA International Art Competition. This year’s art items should be high resolution photographs on bees’ anatomical features! This will be an online competition, and the winners will be the 2 artists whose photographs will receive the most “likes” from the public as well as from IBRA Council members. The award for the 2 winners will be publicity through the IBRA website and journals as well as a small honorary remuneration of £200. The deadline for submission of the photographs is 31 July 2025. The deadline for voting will be 15 September 2025. Awards will be announced during the COLOSS Conference in September 2025 and publicised in IBRA social media, the IBRA website and the Bee World Journal.
