About

I’m a PhD student focused on optimising a DNA metabarcoding protocol using honey bee-collected pollen to monitor resources available to honey bee around apiaries. I applied this protocol in the INSIGNIA-EU project to analyse botanical diversity around apiaries across the 27 EU countries, as well as the impact of climate change on the availability of honey bee resources.
