| About | Dr. Marco Pietropaoli is a permanent Researcher at the IZSLT. Obtained numerous research grants (National and Horizon Europe) focused on apiculture, developing IPM strategies for honey bee pathogens, and utilizing bees as environmental bioindicators. His technical expertise spans honey bee colonies management, diagnosing bee diseases, managing experimental apiaries for rearing and selection purposes. He also trains beekeepers on best practices in the field.
