Since 1994 beekeeping is my profession and I immediately certified my company according to the organic farming method. I currently have about 300 hivesI am a lecturer in various courses and, a honey sensory analysis specialist,a speaker at conferences on beekeeping issues and organic beekeeping: bee biology, beekeeping pathology, honey processing, logistics and mechanization, HACCP, market and marketing.I am certified in “Beekeeping Experts” organised by the Crea-AA of BolognaI participated in training courses organized by the National Association of Beekeepers in the technical assistance program for the rationalization of the beekeeping production sector financed by the Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry I participate annually in the annual refresher courses in Sensorial Analysis of Honey organized by ‘Register of Experts in Sensory Analysis of Honey.Publications Numerous articles on the Apitalia (specialized in Beekeeping monthly magazine by the Italian Beekeepers Federation from 1986 to 2000.
