| About | I am Pradeep Subramanian, a dedicated Ph.D. Scholar in Agricultural Entomology at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. My research focuses on the interface of entomology, microbiology, and environmental toxicology, with a particular interest in the impact of insecticides on beneficial insects. Currently, I am investigating gut microbiota dysbiosis in honey bees following sublethal insecticide exposure, employing metagenomic approaches and advanced bioinformatics analyses. I also explore the biodegradation of pesticide residues using lactic acid bacteria in controlled in vitro conditions, utilizing QuEChERS and chromatographic techniques for residue quantification. |
