About | My research background is centered on honeybee health, particularly focusing on Varroa destructor. I completed my PhD in 2014 at Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran, with a dissertation on cellular and humoral immunity in an insect model. Subsequently, I held faculty positions at Shirvan University of Agriculture, North Khorasan, Iran (2015), and currently as an assistant professor at the University of Tehran’s Honey Bee Division, Department of Animal Science (since 2020). Throughout my career, I have initiated and collaborated on research programs concerning “Varroa Mite” and “Honeybee Toxicology,” resulting in publications in JCR-listed journals. Additionally, I have supervised numerous MSc theses and PhD dissertations related to honeybee science. |
