| About | I am a popular science journalist and publisher specializing in beekeeping, bees and other pollinating insects. I am also a popular podcaster, a hobby beekeeper and, for several years, I observed other wild bees. I have always been a wildlife enthusiast, particularly interested in bees and other social insects, their parasites, and their ecology and evolutionary biology. I advocate bee-friendly beekeeping as a deeply sustainable method to achieve harmony between agriculture and nature. I created the Radio Varroa Bee News podcast. This is the first polish beekeeping podcast. I also conduct meetings, workshops and educational talks for children, teenagers and adults of all ages. I am a member of a few organisations: COLOSS (Prevention of Honey Bee Colony Losses) and the Polish Beekeeping Scientific Society. I am also a certified specialist in urban pollinating insects. As well as collaborating with polish beekeeping journals, I have also had an article published in the American Bee Journal. |
